E. Scott Geller, Ph.D., is Alumni Distinguished Professor at Virginia Tech and Director of the Center for Applied Behavior Systems in the Department of Psychology. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and the World Academy of Productivity and Quality. Dr. Geller has authored more than 350 research articles and over 75 books or chapters addressing the development and evaluation of behavior-change interventions to improve quality of life. He has received lifetime achievement awards from the International Organizational Behavior Management Network (in 2008) and the American Psychological Foundation (in 2009). And in 2010 he was honored with the Outstanding Applied Research Award from the American Psychological Association’s Division of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2011, The College of Wooster, Dr. Geller’s alma mater, awarded him the honorary degree, Doctor of Humane Letters.

Dr. Kent Corso is a board certified behavior analyst and licensed clinical psychologist. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran whose background over the last 20 years is marked by one consistent theme: the practical application of behavioral sciences to challenging problems in society such as national security, organizational change and healthcare. He is heavily involved in suicide prevention research, program development and evaluation, delivering hundreds of lectures and interviews and publishing numerous peer-reviewed research papers on this matter. Kent is a leading expert in the novel scientific methods and digital technologies for analyzing variables associated with suicide. He lives with his family in Virginia, where he leads an active consulting company operating in the U.S. and abroad.

Dr. John Austin is an internationally recognized expert in human performance. He is CEO of Reaching Results, where he teaches leaders to create more effective work environments. Dr. Austin was also a Professor of Psychology at Western Michigan University. He has consulted with organizations for 30 years to improve productivity and safety in various industries.

Dr. Sigurdur Oli Sigurdsson obtained his Ph.D. in behavior analysis in 2006 from Western Michigan University. He is currently the Manager of the Board for Higher Education in Iceland. Dr. Sigurdsson is also an Commissioner on the Cambridge Center’s Commission for Accreditation of Behavioral Safety Processes. He has provided organizational consultation for hospitals, autism treatment centers, and various other businesses and industries. He has published research in the Journal of Safety Research, Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. Sigurdsson's research interests are in the areas of safety-related decision-making and maintenance of behavioral safety processes.

Dr. Nicole Gravina is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at University of Florida.  She specializes in designing behaviorally-based workplace interventions that improve employee safety, healthcare delivery, and leadership and consulting skills.  In addition to her faculty appointment, Nicole has consulted in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, human services, manufacturing, public utilities, insurance, and grocery distribution.  She has published over 30 articles and book chapters and delivered over 100 presentations, trainings, and workshops.  In 2019, she was honored with the APA Early Career Innovation Award in Consulting Psychology.

Dave Johnson is principal of Dave Johnson's Writing Shop LLC, and formerly the Chief Editor of Industrial Safety & Hygiene News (ISHN) magazine from 1980 to 2020. Dave is now writes and edits a monthly newsletter for a client, is editor-at-large for ISHN, and works with clients as a writer, reporter, book ghostwriter, editor, researcher, and public speaker / meeting-forum facilitator. Todd A. Dr. Ward received his PhD in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno under Dr. Ramona Houmanfar.
